• What are your delivery fees? 

Our Standard shipping is £3.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

• How long will it take for the Candles to arrive?
  
  

We ask if you can please wait 5-7 days for your Candles to be dispatched from the time you place your order.  

• How will I know if my Candles have been dispatched?
  
  

We'll send you an e-mail as soon as your Candles has been shipped. Keep an eye out in your junk mail too.

 

Returns & Refunds

We at Ardour.Scents hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if there is a reason that you may need to return the item please e-mail us at [email protected] so we can advise further. 

We only accept refunds within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the items need to be in it's/their original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it in.

You will be responsible to pay for the return delivery cost.
